Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several items are not returnable. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund will be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and within a certain number of days, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds often take some processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email [email protected], and we will arrange the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email [email protected], and we will provide instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
